About the event
Lodging Details – NEODA Bi-Annual Reunion 2026
All reunion lodging reservations are being managed directly through the Navy EOD Association (NEODA) to ensure members receive tax-exempt group rates under our Florida nonprofit status. The hotel cannot extend tax exemption to individual guests, so all payments are processed through NEODA and submitted to the hotel on behalf of our attendees.
Room Block Dates
The NEODA room block covers stays with check-in beginning Monday, April 27, 2026, and check-out no later than Sunday, May 3, 2026.
Lodging Packages
Rooms are available in 4-, 5-, and 6-night increments to accommodate varying travel plans. Each ticket represents one complete lodging package (not a per-night rate). Please select the option that best matches your intended stay.
